Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases made through this website. If you bought Enthroned on Steam, refunds are handled by Steam under Steam's refund policy, not by us.

1. Buying Enthroned

Enthroned is sold here as a licence tied to your account, priced at 100 Marbles. It is refundable within 14 days of purchase provided you have played less than 2 hours in total. A refund returns what you paid for the game, together with any extra Marbles you bought with it that you have not yet spent. Marbles you have already spent are not returned. If you joined through a friend's referral link, the 25-Marble welcome bonus that came with the purchase is withdrawn as well.

If you bought before Early Access launched, section 2 applies instead.

To request a refund, contact us with your order reference. Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.

2. Pre-orders

If you bought Enthroned through this website before Early Access launched and have not played, you can request a full refund of everything in your order, including any extra Marbles, at any time until Early Access launches. There is no 2-hour allowance before launch: any playtime, including a playtest weekend, ends this refund window.

Once Early Access launches, the rules in section 1 apply to pre-orders too, with the 14 days counted from the launch date rather than from the day you bought. Time played in playtest weekends counts toward the 2-hour limit.

A pre-order refund cancels the preorder cosmetics and the Steam key that would otherwise be delivered with it.

3. Marbles (premium currency)

Marbles are premium currency bought with real money. They are digital content delivered to your account the moment payment succeeds and used inside the game, so a Marble purchase is final once delivered, except where sections 1 and 2 say otherwise.

By completing a Marble purchase, you expressly request that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge that this means you lose your right of withdrawal once the Marbles have been delivered, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

4. Items bought with Marbles

Items bought from the in-game store with Marbles are non-refundable once delivered to your character.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including remedies for content that is defective or not as described. If a payment was processed in error, or if your account was charged without authorization, contact us immediately.
